Freesia Christmas Fair 2025 – Bigger and Better Than Ever!

Christmas is coming so the Freesia Christmas Fair is back once again for 2025 and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever! This is the Freesia Groups “23rd Christmas Fair” in Salou, so join us on Sunday, December 7th, at Salou’s Auditorium Theatre – TAS building for a day packed with festive fun for the whole family.

There’s a special reason why so many people look forward to the Freesia Christmas Fair each year. It’s a joyful celebration where friends and families connect over their shared love of all things Christmas.

So join us on Sunday, December 7th, 2025, when the Freesia Christmas Fair 2025 opens its doors for a magical day out that the whole family will love at Salou’s only British Christmas Fair, bringing festive cheer and holiday spirit to the community!

What to Expect on a Day Filled with Festive Fun:

Step into a winter wonderland at Salou’s Auditorium Theatre building and explore over 40 stalls overflowing with unique treasures from local artisans, crafters, and businesses offering a wide range of:

• Delicious Christmas Treats:- Indulge in a mouth-watering selection of Christmas produce, homemade pastries and cakes, as well as many artisanal items.
• Unique Gifts & Crafts:- Discover a treasure trove of books, gifts, beautiful arts and crafts, sparkling jewellery, and charming Christmas decorations.
• Exciting Prizes:- Try your luck in our fabulous raffle and tombola for a chance to win some truly fantastic prizes donated by generous local businesses.
• Santa’s Grotto:- A truly magical experience for the little ones including a special gift from Santa.
• Exciting Activities & Games:- Test your skills and win fantastic prizes.

If that’s not enough, step outside to our cosy, sheltered area where the festivities continue. You will find:

• A selection of warm Christmas foods, perfect for any chilly day.
• Hot drinks including tea’s, coffee and a slice of cake.
• A relaxing bar area for a quick drink – perfect for unwinding after a few hours of Christmas shopping and festivities.

The Freesia Christmas Fair is more than just a fun day out, it’s an event with a heart. Being an official Freesia event, 100% of the money we raise from this, our 23rd Annual Christmas Fair, goes directly to the Freesia Group to support our nominated local and national cancer charities.

At our Christmas event last year, with the support of Freesia volunteers, helpers, businesses, and attendees, we raised over €8,600. So let’s make 2025 even more successful!

Join Us as a Seller at the Freesia Christmas Fair 2025

This is Salou’s premier and only British Christmas fair to kick start the 2025 festive season. Are you a local artisan or crafter. Do you have, or make, amazing Christmas-themed products or items to showcase and sell. If so, book your space using the form below and become a part of this popular event.

Important Information for All Sellers:

• What to Sell: Only Christmas-related products or services, please. No general second-hand goods (those are for our regular Carboot sales throughout the year).
• Bring Your Own Table: Due to changes with Salou town hall, sellers must bring their own table(s) upto a maximum of 200cm width for use in your allocated space as Freesia cannot guarantee a physical table for you this year.
• Decorate Your Table: Please decorate them beautifully in a Christmas theme to enhance the festive atmosphere.
• Space & Cost: Each individual space offers more than enough room for a wonderful Christmas-themed stall and costs just 15 Euros, payable on the day.
• Need More Space? You can book up to four additional spaces using the booking form below with each extra space charged at 15 Euros.
• Set-up & Dismantling: Your allocated area will be clean and tidy when you arrive. Please help us keep it that way by taking home all your rubbish and unsold items when you leave at the end of the day. Dustbins are available for general rubbish.
• Limited Spaces – Book Now! Our indoor location means commercial spaces are very limited and are given on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t miss out – pre-book your space(s) today to avoid disappointment!
• Seller Access Times: Commercial sellers have access for setting-up and preparation on Saturday, December 6th, and from 7:30am on Sunday, December 7th.

Booking & Contact Information:

Should you experience any difficulty booking your spot at the Freesia Christmas Fair 2025, or have not receive any e-mail confirmation about your booking from us within 24 hours, probably your email provider has blocked it, so please check your Spam or Junk folders first.

If you can not locate your Christmas fair 2025 booking confirmation email, then send us an email to info@freesia-events.com, and please do not make a second booking for the same space! Thank you.
